      Discrimination at its finest

      Pros

      You can be lazy and still have a job there. Everyone is unqualified and ineffective at their jobs. Even if you don’t know anything, you can still coast by and collect a paycheck by doing little to nothing like most people there.

      Cons

      Too much favoritism and discrimination based on race and how you look. Managers are rude and unprofessional in their behavior & speech. Coworkers are constantly leaving or are being fired so you will have to work with stupid new people every few months and teach them everything all over again. There is no growth or future here unless you enjoy doing the same thing over and over again.

      Pros

      Thibaut is a good company with good people. I love the team and department I worked with.

      Cons

      I felt that the company does not value their employees. There is a separation between management and other employees. Get the compensation you desire prior to accepting the job offer otherwise you will never get it.

      Pros

      The best thing about this company is that it’s always events and food.

      Cons

      Everyone gossips instead of being productive. You won’t be micromanaged because no one knows how the system really works. I received no training just expectations. The office is divided and separated by color. They pay and seat you based on skin color.
