A lot of senior management do not have their finger on the pulse, which has allowed 1 or 2 members of middle management to create a devisive and siloed company. Layoffs continue, with 2 rounds of layoffs having now been executed in less than 12 months, resulting in nearly half the company being laid off. Key members during this round have been let go, with some in middle and senior using them as scapegoats. Interestingly, those causing poor performance and displaying poor behaviours and values on a regular basis continuing to influence CEO. A company that had so much potential. If only leadership knew the reality of many team members true feelings on whats gone wrong and what to do.

The company preached how they were a modern company that were 'more human, less corporate. However, a huge portion of lay offs were implemented at the first challenge. The lay offs were due to horrendous mismanagement, poor foresight and vein projects during 'the good times'. Sadly, the redundancy packages were minimal, during a cost of living crisis - which leaves a very sour taste of the company. Literally zero benefits provided to staff.
