Pros
The CSO (Chief Strategy Officer), who is also the founder, is a great guy to work with. The work can sometimes be dull, but we get random bursts of great clients or proposals that allow us to expand our creative horizons. Office is currently located in a popular agency location, with many simply around the corner. The new team has a lot of potential, and are extremely easygoing and social, but are also heavily dedicated to their work.
Cons
Due to the size of the team and the company's large reputation, you should expect some heavy workload after you have settled in. Late nights for the content team happen often.
