For a fresher, it’s a good place to start your career if you have no other option left.

Cons

The work culture is pathetic.though it should not happen with a company size of 30 employees. Senior management believes in those who have been working with thinktalent from the beginning. No respect is given to the new joinees. You will asked to do other activities rather than your KRAs. They are always busy comparing themselves with other competitors. No appreciation and no rewards for the work you do for them.

Pros

Good learning environment and as a start up one has to manage everything hence lot of learning etc.

Cons

The management literallty sucks. Lots of politics and back biting. The founders are clueless about its vision. They hire and fire people. Most people just pretend that they are working and management don't care because these employees are 'yes sir' kind of people.

For Freshers it is a great place to learn. Quick exposure to corporate world. No politics .

Cons

No employee engagement activities are conducted by management to make the employees feel motivated They offer talent management solutions but don't do the same for their employees. poor work life balance 5 days working officially and 7 days working unofficially. HR gets involved in customer operations work and doesn't know anything about employees .
