      Pros

      Apolish makes sure that new employees go through thorough training before heading into work. The community there is very, very friendly and welcomes all kinds of people into their field of work.

      Cons

      There are a lot of people working on the same job as me. I sometimes feel that there is no room for career growth opportunities.

      good company focus on education business. Good company values and has had good requtations among customers. Good working environment and has good chance to develop teaching capabilities.

      Cons

      still a startups. Business is growing fast, so need more self-motivated when you work for the company. senior management should pay more attention to the guidance and carreer plan for the new joiners.
