Pros

All pros that you can see in other reviews are fake. There is not a single pro you can find here.

Cons

1. I had to give 1 star because there was no any option for 0 star. 2. This company promises you work life balance, work from anywhere and anytime, and the 6 month appraisal cycle. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS. 3. There is no proper timing for work. That means you have to work for 24*7. 4. There are some senior fellows from pune, they visit office more oftenly and they have the group of people who consider themselves as owner of the company. 5. Toooo much of favoritism and politics. 6. Higher management can fire you anytime. I have been told many times that, complete this work by today or I will fire you. 7. No professionalism. They use swear words in meetings and can insult you in front of everyone . 8. Your so called manager will ask for the update in every 2 hours. 9. There were many people fired saying that there performance is not thinkbridge level. I found this as a pathetic reason. 10. YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND YOUR CAREER WILL BE RUINED BY JOINING THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN EVEN GO INTO THE DEPRESSION.. 11. WORST COMPANY ON PLANET EARTH. ACTUALLY IN THE UNIVERSE. 12. EVEN START UP COMPANIES DON'T BEHAVE LIKE THIS. 13. I REGRETTED MY EVERY SINGLE DAY IN THIS COMPANY. THANKS TO GOD, I LEFT THIS COMPANY IN 6 MONTHS. 14. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVEN TO MY ENEMY. 15. I REQUEST YOU.PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION.

Pros

1) Free Lunch 2) No in-out time 3) Opportunity to work individually, good for learning 4) Need to be independent learner, otherwise senior resources are busy and can't help you. 5) Laid back attitude 6) No leave policy

Cons

1) People talk behind eachothers back. 2) Senior management will bad mouth you to other manager or senior people 3) You can be put into any project, without prior notice over night 4) Revengeful attitude of managers, they say they won't take it personally but it is always personal 5) Not open to feedbacks, they like to pin point people instead of trying to understand the raised concern. 6) When reviews are posted, how can we improve on this is not the approach!! Who must have posted it, how can we find the culprit and create an issue out of it that is the major concern. 7) Managers are not upto the mark, and neither willing to improve, everybody is concerned about hoe their personal agenda is attained 8) Too much politics and negativity spoiling the work culture and team environment 9) Senior testers are not upto the mark with the industry requirements, yet paid above the market standard 10) No proper training programs for freshers 11) No appraisal cycles, if they need you, you'll get a good appraisal else they are low on funds.

Pros

THERE IS ONE PROS (WFH) BUT THAT ALSO TURNS INTO A CON SINCE YOU HAVE TO WORK 24 * 7

Cons

1) You will have to work 24/7. 2) Your seniors may not be very intelligent, yet they hold senior positions, perhaps due to their long tenure in the company or their ability to joke around with management. 3) None of the projects have any real form of management. They showcase their NPS as 9.5, but it's actually well below 3. I have never seen any project executed well. 4) The leads of this company are a joke. Trust me, I have worked at different IT companies, but this is the only one where the leads are the most incompetent bunch. 5) Don't be shocked if you find out that some of the least deserving people are being paid well over 30 lakhs because they are on good terms with management, party with them, and are very good at making the management laugh, while an engineer who is actually building the product and delivering the project is underpaid. 6) Lastly, the management consists of a group of delusional people who are just trying to create or recreate but fail to deliver, just burning investors' money. 7) Don't be shocked to see the management cry over increasing the salaries, saying the sales are at an all-time low, and on the other end, you'll see them treating the leads with free trips to Goa and increments. 8) For example, if you have a job offer of 15 lakhs and Thinkbridge offers you 20 lakhs, STILL DON'T TAKE IT. You will never grow from your designation. The leads will never allow that to happen. and it would affect your CV badly
