No pros for this company. CTO will treat you as a slave and try to exploit no projects no clients.

Cons

No life balance and no salary on time only workload and I have seen them firing people for no reasons.

Pros

Welcoming team and strong organizational foundation built on collaboration and forward-thinking strategy. The founders are passionate about the product and their enthusiasm for building a great product spreads to the team and organization as a whole. Very considerate of personal working methods/process, and very flexible with allowing you to get your work done in the way you know best how to do it.

Cons

if you're not an analytics expert you may need to take time to learn the product and industry. The company is very supportive in this area so this is less of a con for them and more for the candidate.
