Pros

Selected hardworking and smart people

Cons

They hire talented people and excitement leads to deceit and confusion that leads to disappointments and frustrations. People are micromanaged and unqualified people are in position of authority. Working here is like a horror or suspense movie and killing is the theme. It starts with fun and excitement and becomes tiring and gruesome. It's terrible horrbile and miserable. Better stay away.

Micro Managed Company with poor execution

Pros

A small company which provides the opportunity to explore different functions of the business. Good salary all things considered

Cons

Micro managed company which is run by 1 person, no delegation and cannot get anything approved as it travels through a funnel of 5 or 6 different levels. Seems to have little forward momentum with 100 various projects on the go with none ever coming to completion.

Pros

I've been working for ThinkForex since 2011 and have yet to find any of the issues below . It seems to me the individual below is concerned more with holidays and using the internet at work. I've worked at a few firms and I have seen managers with far worse concerns that what the individual described below. I know the shareholders when the Melbourne office was just a handful of people and while everyone is not perfect they are the only directors I know that stay up and day/night to manage the business from all different parts of the world. They are always on Skype , email , and their mobiles and there is yet a month gone by where I haven't received some form of acknowledgement for what I do . I am in Technology ThinkForex has grown tremendously and while there have been a few bad apples that have come the company has moved past them fairly quickly and learned what not to bring in. Monitoring the internet is nothing new for companies , I know in the Melbourne Office a few people started doing side businesses , researching snow boarding magazines and other personal items that took over work. So I don't blame them for putting in internet monitoring ( maybe that is why the individual below didn't earn the commissions he wanted and seemed to be venting ) just a thought...

Cons

It would be good to get better direction on new products that come out and how to market them , sometimes I feel products are launched without any direction on what they are for.
