Interview process is a bit difficult, sometimes

1. Worst management or no management at all, even a BPO has a better management and training structure. 2. Not good for a fresher. 3. The managers don't have the guts to talk in face. 4. They actually don't know what they want from you. 5. Management is afraid to answer the questions posed by the employees.
