Pros
Overall good work-life balance, worked remote 99% of the time, productive and efficient team, overall good people to work with.
Cons
Some managers and their antics legitimately led to people leaving the company. After many months, the leadership team finally fired the manager who was causing significant attrition of the team.

Excellent leadership and team, willingness to sponsor education opportunities, interesting work.
Cons
Not ThinkTek's fault but the government is going through some changes right now and contracts are less stable than they used to be and the vibe on the gov't side isn't what it was before. Contract dependent and may likely change long term.
