Cons
The recruitment process was unnecessarily prolonged and deeply disappointing. After multiple interview rounds, a time-intensive assignment, and even traveling to their office to meet the leadership team, I was verbally assured by HR to resign from my existing role due to notice period requirements. I trusted that assurance, submitted all requested documents, ID proofs, and references, and acted in good faith. Weeks later, I was abruptly told the position was “on hold,” and shockingly, HR denied ever making those commitments. This lack of accountability and disregard for a candidate’s career is unacceptable, leaving me not only disheartened but also questioning the company’s professionalism and integrity.
