      Good opportunity to gain experience and learn new skills across different tasks.

      Cons

      Workload is consistently high and often feels overwhelming. Priorities change frequently with little planning, creating unnecessary pressure. Management lacks clear direction, communication is inconsistent, and support from leadership could be significantly improved. Career progression is unclear and development opportunities are limited.

      Wfh at times with some fun staff / kind and helpful

      Cons

      Management clueless just online shopping whilst they work their minions to the ground , great if you get up in company as its just making a desk warm. Not great if entry as bullied
