Pros

If you like pushing products on people at sam's then this is the job for you. Don't believe the story of all the Managers and Business owners they create.

Cons

Lure people in with titles like Public Relations assistant, HR, Advertising assistant, Planning assistant and many other fake positions which are all over monster, glassdoor, craigslist. They tell you it is a "marketing" firm but all you do push products on people at stores like Sam's Your job is to stand in a Sam's club all day and try to sell people the things like pizza, hair straighteners, and other products. Basically based on 100% commission. ***This is by far the worst idea I have ever attempted...please don't bother with this company***

Pros

Learn marketing and sales techniques

Cons

This company is so unprofessional. They generally hire younger people because they are gullible and will believe this company is great. However, if you have a degree or want to make any kind of money, this is such a waste of time. The CEO is nice but completely useless. She is unorganized and ditsy. I worked there much longer than I should have.

Thank you for your post! Marketing and Advertising is an industry that is always changing. A lot of times I know that things change in an instant ,and we definitely have to make adjustment s that would make things seem to be unorganized. However; I appreciate your post and we will take your comments into consideration, we are constantly looking for ways that continue to better our company. Thanks, Dana Iverson President-Third Coast Events

Pros

Dana ( the owner) is really funny and will motivate you to think that this is a good career and investment. She has really good charm. The morning impacts are good also.

Cons

This is a prime example of a pyramid scheme business. I have no idea how this is even legal. All of the positions that they are advertising are NOT REAL. You will basically be selling products like heat pads, massage chairs, and flat irons inside a Sam's Club for months waiting for the "opportunity" to open your own illegal scheme business. They hire young people because they won't recognize that it's all a scheme. Don't be fooled like I was. Please please reconsider.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that the opportunities we offer here at Third Coast Events, Inc. did not align with what you were looking for. We understand that the training program we have set in place often time can seem like it is repetitive; however we want to insure that each one of our Executive Managers are prepared with solidified skillsets that would insure their success as an Executive manager. It is unfortunate we didn't get the chance to really dig in, and explain more in depth about our business model so that you could have gained a better understanding of the way that it works and how much it differs from a Pyramid Scheme or a MLM. We appreciate everything that you have said, and we will use your comments to continue to better ourselves as a company. Dana Iverson President- Third Coast Events, Inc.
