Pros

Work from home setup and semi flexible working hours

Cons

For fresh grads, the company accepts people who do not have Salesforce background but do not provide training / guidance. You are immediately deployed in a project and are expected to implement it; if there is no senior consultant with you, you will literally be on your own. For people who have experience in Salesforce but do not have consulting experience, this can be an extremely stressful position since there are no trainings on how to manage clients as well. You are also expected to know majority of how Salesforce works since you already have prior knowledge with the system. For people who have Salesforce and consulting experience, there is not much room for growth as new technologies are not explored and no technical trainings are provided for people who are interested to explore other options (i.e. different clouds, integration best practices, cross training between configuration and development work) Management is very conservative and they only stick to what they think is convenient / what they are used to. Change is very hard, if not almost impossible to implement since the management does not listen to their employees.

Pros

Day shift is the only real perk here.

Cons

This company does NOT value software developers. They are grinded for too much work, expect too much without any trainings, and pay so little. If you're a software developer, at all costs avoid this joke of a company.

Pros

They offer free salesforce trainings They have a good compensation package They give incentives

Cons

No guidance from superiors, you are on your own Upper management very hard to please and they don’t listen to suggestions on improvements for processes, they just stick to what is comfortable for them No work-life balance, employees tend to extend working hours and not get compensated for it Some project managers don’t have the needed experience to manage a project which affects the whole project team
