Sketchy HR practices, Sexism and Ageism among Senior Staff

The junior staff are really sweet.

Cons

Sketchy HR practices and arbitrary promotion processes. Senior staff have a disdain for younger staff, especially younger women. They don't take you seriously if you don't agree with them, and will silence you. Senior staff make crazy salaries but do zero work. Work with and for horrible companies like Amazon and Phrma.
