      Pros

      if management will leave you alone, you can get fairly comfortable. you will probably get to work with cool technologies. base comp is good if you negotiate.

      Cons

      no equity. average tenure is less than 1 year. company equipment is not provided. benefits are not competitive. you are made to feel dispensable. deadlines are higher priority than your health. the only training i've seen employees given on how to talk to clients was instructing us on how to be flexible with the truth. some devs are billed to clients as seniors even though they are paid by the company at a mid level. this is exploitative.

      Thank you for your review. We're sorry your experiences leading to this review have been negative. I'd love to address some of your cons more directly. Due to the nature of employment statuses, some benefits are not eligible to all parties. We are working with a new partner, remote.com, to bring full employment status and benefits to all team members. This will make benefits more competitive for those working as contractors currently and allow us to have better equipment programs. Regarding health and deadlines, if a manager is not taking your well-being into consideration, please escalate this. We take the wellness of our employees very seriously. We value people and it is upsetting to hear this took place with you.

      Pros

      - Lot of opportunities to grow and learn. You just need to spot them and capitalize the benefit - State of the art technologies - Best CEO who cares about people. - CEO has demonstrated strong desire to support women to be successful in the industry - Easy to reach CEO to discuss things

      Cons

      - Many processes are still being refined - Sometimes working on issues that has never encountered before will require one to do own research. Can be challenge for people without the right personality. - Can use some company wide face to face meeting

      Thank you for the great review! Hopefully, we've continued to live up to this review and have helped to mitigate some of the cons identified. We currently have a company-wide weekly water cooler to help encourage face-to-face time with colleagues and have created other activities to help encourage this time. We've also refined some of our processes further that are hopefully living up to your expectations.

      Cons

      I have been working at this dot for a couple of months. I have nothing to complain about. I felt very welcomed and it opened doors to valuable contacts and amazing people.
