Pros
1.The employees who are at the same seniority as you are really nice and easy to work with. 2. Good work hours, flexible with lunch times. Summer hours! 3. Like to have fun e.g company outings, parties and happy hours.
Cons
1. There are not a lot of set processes so you really have to figure out how to do things on your own. 2. Not as much room to move up as you'd think. 3. Salaries and benefits aren't competitive at all. 4. Your manager does the same job as you do so they don't have time to focus on helping you become better. If you are a sales person, your manager is selling deals too, very rare to see at any company.
