Pros

The brand would look good on the CV (Yet i won't be mentioning that i worked there) Salary was above average which is the only Pro

Cons

Low Staff Moral Staff disappear quickly and quietly when they are pushed from above. ( Which is a regular occurrence) HR only look out for themselves and flout their own rules (No working from home .. yet HR are allowed to work from home) They have people making decisions who have no idea what they are doing and are out of touch as to how retail is evolving.

Friendly coworkers Discounts on clothes and LVMH makeup and perfumes Brand new office located in Victoria

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all. You’ll barely get any pay rises but your responsibilities will increase more and more over time. You’ll probably do a lot more than what is stated in your job description and some stuff will have nothing to do with your role. Everyone does at least two jobs in one due to restructuring and staff leaving and not being replaced. Company is going through major changes at the moment so nothing feels secure or certain.

Director of stores sales tactics include asking female associates to dress sexy & unbutton shirts to increase sales.
