Fired for isolating after in office covid exposure

Company bonuses several times a year though they are small.

Cons

After being exposed to covid at the office around Christmas I isolated for 14 days. When I returned to work I was fired for isolating. The person who knowingly came into work with covid is still employed. Management does not follow its own covid protocols. No masks. No women or people of color in this office and very few company wide.
