If you enjoy being over worked and taken advantage of. Then this is the employer for you.

Cons

Rude, poor people management, no soul, low team moral, unreasonable overtime and unrealistic expectations. They will promise you a role and ensure you never achieve it.

Friendly environment with close knit teams. Good work balance with overall low levels of stress with deadlines met by consistent work

Cons

Due to the company being small - medium in size you need to learn and develop with the colleagues around you and cannot expect someone to spend their entire work day teaching you
