      Pros

      Pay was good, benefits werent very good, company had good values

      Cons

      Crowd was all of one type - redneck, if you arent a redneck you dont fit in. No room for growth. Work environment is painful, the building was very old and not many windows.

      retirement: 401k/profit sharing, benefits: medical/dental/vision

      Cons

      50-60+ hours every week, no work/life balance, underpay then complain "no one wants to work anymore", only 5 holidays off a year, only gain more PTO at 7 years employed, executive MGMT clueless to daily operations, no remote work, extremely understaffed with heavy work load - makes employees do more work for same pay, technology 20+ years outdated, no diversity, extreme office politics, high turnover - there's a reason the same jobs are always listed, no moving up opportunities or career plans until someone retires or quits - then they throw you in the job with no training, a "family" motto

      Thompson Machinery is a great place to work. Great benefits

      Cons

      Truck Center is a disaster. Management is out of touch with reality. There is NO support for the salesmen from the sales manager. Man has no empathy. Thompson Machinery is great. Truck Center is not.
