      Very toxic workplace, unethical practices

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, micromanagement, favoritism, racism, internal HR. The president of HR is BFFS with ALL of the regional property managers (she used to be president of multi-family so she hired all of them) All of the regionals have a favorite, the company is mostly women and very gossip oriented.

      Good pay, bad management

      pays higher than average for the positions

      Cons

      field staff is treated poorly, horrible subcontractors are dragged through projects to save money that field team has to deal with then are blamed for every issue and why things are not on schedule

      Company growing but not sure how to.

      Pros

      Decent salary, bonus structure and benefits. Majority of people at the company are friendly.

      Cons

      Extreme micro-managing and knee jerk reactions to every situation. Sub-standard sub base which is stretched beyond capabilities. Unrealistic expectations and especially with a lack of front end work prior to starting projects. Majority of time spent preparing for meetings which occur way too often.
