      Seems to have gone to war with own employees.

      Decent pay. Good history.

      What has happened to this firm? They appear to be obsessed with hauling their employees into disciplinary meetings, which is not in keeping with their trade union values. They were criminally understaffed to deal with a re-structure which left files to stagnate, demanded unrealistic and unachievable targets from junior lawyers who were not given any time or room to learn and develop the skills to provide proper legal advice to their trade union clients. The place is now run like a call centre, including the departments which are not call centres, and not a national firm of solicitors.

      Shocking. Avoid at all costs!!!

      Overworked. Under appreciated. Ridiculous and unrealistic expectations ontop of the endless spreadsheets requiring urgent information due to poor case management systems. Poor management. Tory thinking firm, who claim to stand up for you but fail to look after their own. Poor pay for the work expected. Toxic environment. Gossip and cliques. Management have favourites and like to Cover up internal affairs involving senior management. High turn over in staff.
