- don't honor commitments -vindictive - dishonest - CEO promotes good old boy culture and promotes and places senior management based on his family connections (his daughters' college roommate as head of marketing) and his son in law as Chief Technology Officer (who is completely unqualified for this position)

Great people to work with. Awful conniving people to work for. The “leaders” with the highest turnover in their departments say employees are leaving at high rates for various reasons, unrelated to them, such as pursuing other careers. WRONG- this couldn’t be further from the truth. You guys need a reality check! Your employees are leaving YOU as a boss (leader/manager would not be fitting to say here). Come to terms with yourselves and realize you are the problem…not your employees.
