      Pros

      Some departments have a relaxed working environment, where others are run like a school. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are supplied. Flexy working hours (If you are in art you cannot use until 6-month probation)

      Cons

      Upper management turns a blind eye to toxic management styles. Employees are screaming for change, yet upper management still doesn't listen, and they are losing staff because of it. Only offer you an increase once you have one foot out the door. They say a competitive salary but its a lie. Gaslighting so much Gaslighting 15 days leave (25 once you have worked for more than 5 years)

      Pros

      The working environment is good for the most part, flexible working times between 6:30 and 9:00am to 3:30 and 6:00pm. Some good people to work with.

      Cons

      Mismanaged (management styles are out dated and show no real results) Orders are followed blindly even if they impact the product in a negative way. No room for growth in specific departments. Using promotions as a false motivation tool. (dangling a carrot ) Micromanagement A mentality of be happy with what you have and don't ask for more
