Pros

The technology is so far ahead of the curve with regards to analytics. It is as good as it promises to be.

Cons

There is a lack of women in sales leadership within the company and it was a bit of a boys club. Promotions were just given to ‘favourites’, rather than going through a recruitment process (internally or externally) to find the best candidate for the role. Lots and lots of turnover.

Pros

I've been with ThoughtSpot for coming up to 4 years now and it's been great. Things I love: Culture of selfless excellence Execs are always available to help No politics Freedom to approach things in my own way Quarterly wellbeing days

Cons

The centre of gravity of the company is in the US, so sometimes other regions can get a little left behind. Because of the above, it can be difficult to catch up on watching recordings of US timezone calls, while also trying to get everything else done.

Pros

ThoughtSpot really is one of a kind. We’re all working toward achieving something momentous and everyone feels that sense of excitement. It’s a true family and believe me when I say I’m normally a cynic when it comes to those types of statements. The executive team look out for their employees and are there for them and have been in some exceptional ways. You’ll work harder than you ever have but you’ll never be bored. The satisfaction you feel with the work you do and the results we achieve, along with being a part of the Spotter family, makes everything worthwhile. As with any startup be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get into it. It may not be your ‘role’ but do it anyway. We’re all in this together.

Cons

None that I can think of
