The worst company i have ever seen in my life. First they call you and talk gently when there was a discussion about package they will be like shopkeepers. They will quote 8000 if you ask 10000 then the final settlement will be 9000 this shows their cheap mentality. Next coming to office they say they provide training but there was no training at all they provide you system and you have to beg your colleagues about work then it's their time to show attitude. You are not going to learn anything just waste of time. In company site you can see about "Equal Opportunity" but it's not even seen an inch at office. there was no facilities and the main basic rules of company that they won't say is 1.No training beg employees and learn 2. 1st week is observation period 3.when your colleague don't give you "TRAINING" then u have to sit idle should not waste time in searching web This was my personal experience if you guys want to join instead of seeing my this much of time and effort i put in then it's upto you

- On the first day, my contractual conditions were changed from what was originally promised. - Every six months, they offered complex explanations as to why my salary, which was already low, hadn't been increased despite the client's request for a raise. - I was asked to negotiate with the client for a salary increase (contract) to improve my rate. However, after the client agreed to this increase, my employer became unresponsive and failed to answer my calls for several months. When I finally managed to reach them, they refused to increase my salary. - When I resigned to accept a new job, they threatened me, saying I would fail in my process and would only find another employer who would be abusive (telling they things that they did). I delayed writing this review by about six months due to fear of potential issues transferring my visa.
