Cons
Endless number of problems with the company (cult)- 1. In the name of startup, the upper management is exploting hard working employees with no incentives. It feels like slavery at times. The company is devoid of work ethics and at this point the CEO should genuinely contemplate if his decision to run this chaos is ruining his and the employee's lives. 2. Cutthroat politics between team managers. It's extremely toxic for a workplace. 3. Internal processes are a joke despite of the talent and experience some employees have. It's mostly because the upper management are blind to see and invest in things that matter. 4. There's no career progression or future for anyone. It's a literal Carrer suicide.
Pros
