Leadership is inspiring, empathetic, principled and forward thinking. Literally the nicest and smartest colleagues that you want to be friends with in real life when the only blocker is the pandemic. Company is young and growing and many thoughtful features are being built on a daily basis. Lots of actually fun, not awkward, not superficial team bonding events happen regularly. We work on a product we build and use every day so there is this, super efficient and simple feedback loop at all times. Great asynchronous work environment.
