      Amazing support through training with regular checkups to see how I am getting on, not just about whether I’m meeting targets but also how I’m finding things, gather my feedback etc. Very flexible breaks

      Would like more overtime to be available

      Pros

      Really friendly atmosphere, been supported through my training since I started 6 months ago and have learnt so much. I love working with textiles and the days fly by so quickly, by far the best place I have worked in quite some time.

      Cons

      Work hours were a bit long (8-5) but now are 9-4:30 with optional overtime it is much better.
