Pros
This job has been amazing for culture and compensation, where everyone works together to achieve the same goal: to help everyone make more money and have a comfortable and fun work space!! The managers lead from the front and are hands on in all the aspects of the work to make sure everyone is successful and everyone has a work/home life balance!!
Cons
Some times show tunes are put on the radio and the office manager shows off his awesome vibrato. (not really a con, just something else that give this place great character)

Pros
Everyone from top to bottom shares in the operation of the business equally. There is no "boss" sitting in his white castle watching from above. Leadership works just as hard and is face-to-face with customers just like everyone else.
Cons
Completion of some projects has been negatively impacted by both supply chain lead times and labor issues. Unfortunately, these are issues beyond our control.
