Will not recommend for people who want to have a life outside work

1. Great clients to work with 2. A few great people as well
Cons
1. Forget work-life balance, alternate Saturdays are working too, half a day they say, but it will almost be the whole of Saturday 2. People would expect you to respond to the client at any hour of the day, even if you are not working or your office hours are over, 9 pm also they will chase you to reply to the client. 3. If you are done for the day and try to leave on time, you will get stares, and people will mock you for leaving on time. 4. There is a WFH facility, but only 2 a month, and if you take more than that then your salary will be detucted. 5. Your credits will be taken by others if you are unfortunately under a toxic team leader. 6. There is no proper HR; the co-founder is the HR herself, and there are no proper policies within the company
