Pros. -pay. -energetic, fun employees -Moving all day -Some of the BEST supervisors I've ever worked with. their willingness to help you as an employee, if it be needing more hours or time off. -Free season pass. Yes. All winter as long as you keep your job.
Cons
Cons. -Cleaning the challet is ridiculous. I've never been to a bussines where customers are so freely allowed to trash the place with food and drinks. Floors, tables, everything. Your responsibility to keep your indivdual section clean. Check it hourly, it builds up quick. -Laid back supervisors tend to push important issues to the side.
