Pros

Friendly and very talented people. Variety in projects, nothing boring. Supportive and collaborative culture. Good insurance plan.

Cons

6 month probationary period before benefits even kick in. 8.5 hour work day (M-F, 9-5:30pm) with little work-from-home flexibility. Days taken off before probationary period ends are unpaid. Extensive interview process. Low salaries.

Pros

The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of the staff. Depending on the office you work in, it can be a great collaborative environment. But at times we felt like we were hostage victims, and stayed close for moral and emotional support.

Cons

Management is dysfunctional, and not suited for their positions. The salary is beyond low, and they promise many perks that are never delivered. The managers on both the audio and video side are abusive to their staff. They make you feel obligated to be loyal, but the company does not offer that same courtesy. The work is stale, uncreative, and cheap, and the talented staff suffers from the dated approach to the industry. And I can't stress this enough, but the salary is way below the standard rate, and the perks offered do not compensate for the abusive work environment.
