Remote. Most people are friendly.

Cons

Career advancement is a joke. Management pushes you to take on endless responsibilities with the promise of promotion, but most engineers never receive it. This is just a strategy to exploit engineers by having them work beyond their compensation levels. The gap between senior and junior engineers is huge which shows that not even the juniors are given a chance of progression.
