Pros

-Mostly great people -Good comp -Little bureaucracy

Cons

-Each sales rep has a maximum of 2 good leads to work. -No career path for BDRs/SDRs/AEs -Company isn't profitable so they're desperately trying to close deals to avoid running out of investor $$$ -As the economic recession deepens, the leaders are getting more frantic. C-suite is coping with happy talk, VPs of Marketing and Sales are getting abrasive which is eating away at the once near perfect culture.

Pros

- The people I worked with day to day on my team were very skilled and genuine people

Cons

- Top leadership seemed disconnected and uninterested. - Never had any clear communication between teams, which caused a lot of issues. - Quota changed three times in 9 months... - Politics-driven company instead of results-driven... - Many false promises and cliches, be aware...

Pros

High compensation to compensate for...

Cons

impossible quota. In the company's history, only one person hit quota, and they only did it once. This is despite sales leadership telling me 50% of reps hit quota. Also, not a good place for BDR advancement opportunities
