Pros

(situational) It is in a location where there are not many software companies

Cons

Bad small business software company working on customers projects No mentality of ownership for the products, don't really care for quality Just take customer's money No growth Taking advantage of employees as much as they can If you accepted working for half the minimum wage they wouldn't mind No opportunities for growth No desire for the company to grow Bad projects, bad products

Pros

Nothing really. Environment might be 1. fun because the average age is 25 years old - since the company has only junior people and interns - and 2. supportive since they are all on the same level trying to do the job without any mentorship.

Cons

Where do I start? -Minimum wage (when I said that this is far away from the market average and asked for more they said that my impact hasn’t gotten any bigger ever since my internship so they didn’t find any solid reason for my wage to get bigger) -The feedback will always focus on the negatives so that you don’t have high hopes for a raise. -Absolutely no career path or possibility of career development. -Absolutely no seniority because they don’t want to pay them fairly and the only people they attract are interns and juniors that are in desperate need of experience (and will get paid minimum wage) -No organisation, no structure, no clear procedures -Co-founders don’t get along with each other and have conflicts that pass on to the employees which is frustrating - They don’t even offer a laptop or the mandatory remote work compensation. -They don’t even offer udemy or a meal voucher or any basic benefit whatsoever.
