      I enjoy not being micro managed.

      Cons

      My manager is not very strong. There does not seem to be a common direction for all to take. My benefit package is much smaller than my friends at other places. salary is not very competitive.

      Hired on staff at one set of benefits and completely turn on their employees and takes it all back.

      Listen to the Negative Reviews - Positive Ones Are All Fake

      Honestly none, this is the worst place to work at

      - All of the positive reviews are fake and written by HR. Notice how they're all from April 2023 and follow the same format? This is the worst managed company I've ever come across. "Leadership" always have conflicting interests, the turnover is absolutely insane, and the hours are never ending. HR pretends to be on your side (which I suppose is true at any company) but will backstab you in the interest of the company the first chance they get.
