Pros

Semi flexible work schedule, Coworkers are great

Cons

Horrible pay, worse benefits, no upward movement, micromanaged, CEO is in the Epstein files and only cares about how much money he makes at the expense of every one of his employees

Pros

People. That's it. I was the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

Too many to list. Here are my top ones. 1. Management is nonexistent. When managers want to manage, they get shot down, and then when things get bad, COs blame the management because they couldn't do their job. Lots of responsibility without any power to change things. Basic formula for burnout and loss of revenue. 2. The owner needs to step aside and let the people he hired to do the job do their job for God's sake. Stop micromanaging in areas you have no right to manage, especially IT. (He is a technophobe.) 3. Pay... That's it. Pay people what they deserve for the work and stop jerking them around when spouting numbers and giving less, if not a pittance, when hired. Total bait and switch. These people think you are legit when they get hired. 4. Accountability. Hold your people accountable. Managers and supervisors get away with the worst business decisions ever and then get promoted. Total facepalm here.

Pros

Its a job, that allows you to make some amount of money.

Cons

Turn over rate is extremely high, heard of seeing 30+ people come and go in 2 years in 1 department alone. All the departments are fighting with each other and email etiquette is non-existent. With people attacking each other and even though they get pulled aside they continue. Leads and Supervisors are barely trained on what to do and serve as nothing more than a facade to seem like a competent company. Benefits are the worst in the industry and pay is below average for the state and nation. Working hard does not benefit you because the CEO is the one making the decisions to give you an increase. Not HR, they just hand him the paper and on his whim can decide whether or not YOU are worth anything. PTO rate is low and you don’t have PSL only PTO that is accrued for any PSL/PTO. Unsafe work areas that even though they know about won’t change because the CEO has the feel like spending the money. Working here should be ONLY because you need the money, not because you expect to see growth. Come here while you look for a better job.
