      Pros

      The mission is really meaningful - helping people live better, for longer. It feels good knowing the work you do contributes to that. The people are genuinely caring and humble. Everyone believes in the mission and looks out for each other. You get to work on interesting, challenging problems in an industry that’s growing fast. Things move quickly, so you can see the impact of your work quite directly. Overall, there isn't a day that I don't enjoy working at Thriva.

      Cons

      We’re a small team taking on big problems, so there are trade-offs and sometimes compromises on scope. The pace is fast and expectations are high. That’s exciting for some people, but it can feel intense and isn’t for everyone.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work on meaningful problems that are directly improving people's lives. I love working with the team, and there is a really strong culture. It's growing quickly right now which is really exciting.

      Cons

      There was a bumpy period during redundancies, but that was industry wide and the company and team is in the best place it's been for a while now.
