Pros

At first there was flexible PTO, lots of nice people to work with, and management took advice from its employees.

Cons

New management staff members got rid of flexible PTO policy and is not afraid to remind everyone they are replaceable. No longer able to communicate with upper management on possible solutions for issues that arise. No longer a friendly work environment. Scolded for not taking calls while on vacation.

Pros

None. Nice planes, nice office.

Cons

These people are untrustworthy, and lie to you. They lied to you as to why they didn’t select you and say that they have other candidates they are interested in, and then Post the same ads for the same jobs. Run by a bunch of 30 something millennials that never had to work a hard day in their lives.

Pros

The compensation and benefits package were relatively competitive, and some of my colleagues were genuinely talented and passionate individuals. Additionally, the company's mission and products were compelling, which initially attracted me to the position.

Cons

One of the most frustrating aspects of my time there was the excessive micromanaging. Instead of fostering an environment of trust and autonomy, managers seemed determined to oversee every minor detail of their employees' work. This was stifling, and made it difficult to develop and showcase individual strengths. Ultimately I felt like this environment was hindering my professional growth. It was disheartening to feel like a cog in a machine rather than a valued member of a team. Another significant issue that became apparent was the high turnover rate within the company. Colleagues came and went at an alarming pace, leaving projects unfinished and creating a sense of instability. It was challenging to build meaningful relationships or establish a team dynamic when there was a constant stream of new faces.
