The worst place for employment, do not waste your time.
Pros
There are no pro's working for this company. One of the most toxic and unprofessional working environments a person could ever be a part of. The CEO and partner prey on recent college graduates, selling them the idea that they can have unlimited success with their "elite training program". This is a typical MLM. The cost of going and "developing" these relationships with clients are paid for out of pocket by the rep.
Cons
This is a high turn over start up marketing company, they reel naive candidates in during the interview process using a smoke and screen method. The "salary" is equivalent to working for $12 an hour, and their training program is amateur at best (using staff working less there less than a year and then apply pressure when the representative struggles ) . The travel is a scam; they expect all representatives to pay for their own food, transportation, and learn the programs by themselves with their "entrepreneurial mindset". Benefits are contingent on opening up your own business. Asking for help is a mute point when the managers are money driven and invest in a select few candidates. There is no work life balance- they advertise a 40 hour work week, but with the extra mandatory meetings entry level sales representatives work 45-50 hours.
