Pros

Co-workers are the best part. We all manage multiple responsibilities. There are no “weak links”.

Cons

No 401(k) matching, when the market is down then the perks are down, can be frustrating when the path forward is not clearly defined.

Pros

Fun work environment. Ability to make actual changes and be heard. Opportunity to make great money. Team atmosphere with other brilliant minds. Expectations were clear and you knew what it would take to succeed. Management is easy to talk to and helps take on problems with you.

Cons

Didn't quite have a training program at the time, if you didn't have industry experience it would be hard to keep up. I do believe they have fixed that since I left.
