      Pros

      Thrive Market is not for everyone. Teams are lean, visibility is high, and the stakes rarely let up. For me, that is exactly the point. I wanted a place where my work compounds over time, not a place where I could coast. What I did not expect was how much I would actually grow here. The career acceleration has been real, and the impact feels proportional to the effort in a way I have not experienced anywhere else.

      Cons

      The pressure is constant and the work does not stop. That is not a criticism so much as a reality check for anyone considering it. Headcount is not growing exponentially, which means every person carries more weight than they might elsewhere. Some people will find that energizing. Others will burn out. Know which one you are before you join.

      Surface-level enthusiasm overshadowed by toxic management

      If you're not in Engineering, then the company seems to be surface-level enthusiastic and upbeat.

      Cons

      CTO is extremely fragile and has hired a toxic management team to support him. Everything you do is watched and monitored, and the overall toxicity of the organization has continually driven out everyone that wants to do work and not kiss the royal ring.

      sometimes we choose quick wins over making progress on longer-term value initiatives ... and it feels like this delays the impact of those larger bets we know we want to take.
