Pros

The clients are awesome to work with.. they make the job worth it Costco Card Part time benefits

Cons

Management doesn’t care about the instructors No room for growth No raises Initially the supervisors are very helpful with providing support and resources but then they get lazy and just tell you to call other places to find your own resources and answers Low pay for amount of effort that goes into clients

The only thing pro about this company are the clients

Cons

CEO is cheap, huge employee turnaround. No pay raises ,and if you do get a pay rase its not even a dollar. Takes advantage of employees,always tries not paying overtime. No sick or vacation time,unorganized,management lack behavioral skills and have a hard tine finding coverage. Working for a company where the owner is the only one making a living.
