Flexible company and my manager is wonderful. The staff members are dedicated.
Cons
The salary is not matching the workload. The stress level can accede more than needed. Higher levels of management. Which have not performed the job position. Have not a clue to what the real matters are. On a daily base and they tend to sugarcoat matters. Verse help find a sound solution to the matters. The mission statement is fully lived. For dedicated team members. Who are not just there for the check alone.But who genuinely likes working to improve mental health. And see others thrive daily in life.
