Pros

I've met amazing colleagues here.

Cons

Sinking ship. Clueless, disrespectful leadership. They can't pay their bills. Run, don't walk away.

Pros

Throughline has some of the best and brightest employees in the consulting world. Its created and maintained a collegial environment that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing and collective success.

Cons

In just the last six months, I’ve ignored a number of red flags — and looking back, I probably shouldn’t have. Payroll has been delayed on several occasions. 401k contributions, both employee and employer, haven’t been submitted in months. Salary increases following promotions were delayed. Layoffs disproportionately impacted women and people of color. The CEO and CFO both left within days of each other. Several senior employees left to join a former partner company. Salaries are and benefits haven't been updated and are no longer competitive. Some vendors haven’t been paid in months. Existing work is dwindling, and new work has been slow to come in. The opportunities for career growth or advancement are now non-existent. Throughout all of this, there has been zero transparency about how the business is actually doing.
