Pros

Remote work, good benefits, and worthwhile projects to work on.

Cons

Due to the remote nature, sometimes there's a disconnect between coworkers/managers. Communication is key to mitigating this though.

Pros

Great people who are self motivated and driven. Positive work environment, with encouragement for experimentation.

Cons

Nothing major. Everyone working virtually was a bummer as an Intern, but its nit too bad as everyone is suoer friendly.

Pros

Cool group to work with. I had some great opportunities for learning and personal learning and growth at Thrust. I had minimal experience in game dev, but they threw me in the deep end and gave me plenty of guidance. I learned quick, and cranked out a few games in my short time there.

Cons

Not really a reflection of the company, but ATL rush-hour is crazy bad. Took a while to commute.
