Pros
Management trust us, other companies I've sold for they were looking over me constantly. Founder is hands on and get's in the trenches with you. Account Management team is young but sharp and bend over backward to make your clients happy.
Cons
Office space could be better. They launched one new product this year, we were hoping for me.

In this fast moving company, everyone has the opportunity to make an impact. The employees here have energy and passion for what they do. Leadership really values its employees and in effect, the employees really value their clients. Thumb Friendly is absolutely "client focused" and the culture enables employees to do whatever it takes to get clients the results they need for their business. Ideas and solutions are encouraged in this ever-evolving atmosphere. The CEO is great to work with and learn from, he is extremely passionate, and everyone loves that he gets in the trenches with you. The bad reviews are from lazy past employees. This is a fun and exciting place to start or grow your career.
Cons
The mobile industry changes very quickly, which isn't anyone's fault - just is the way it is. You have to be adaptable.
