Nothing good about this company

Cons

Worst company to work with, You and your family will die with hunger if you believe them. Go for a small company but never join this company. They don't care about there staff. Not giving salary for employees for 3-4 months is very normal for them , no appreciation nothing .

Thumbay is a company with worst HR policies and it gives zero respect to the employees who works there. Let me point out some HR policies which proves that. 1.No NOC policy - employee will not be given NOC for applying for license in the first 2 years as per the HR policy.Even if we beg in front of HR explaining our issues, they will not listen.HR treats us like dogs.I dont understand what the hell is there issue if someone is taking driving license. 2.Annual Leave Salary Only Basic +HRA. This really surprised me. They will not give 100% of salary for annual leave.they will give basic(that will be very less)and HRA.I haven't heard about this policy anywhere before.and no air ticket before 2 years completion. 3.Employee cant order food from outside. For breakfast/lunch oreven for a light refreshment, employees are not allowed to order food from outside. We have to eat from the Terrace restaurent/from Blens and Brews which are under thumbay group.Literally they want the employees to spend their money inside the organization only. 4. Limited contract and the trap! If we get good opportunities outside in the contract period, we need to pay them 3 month salary. then only they will give the release.else they will put a labour ban on us. If they terminate us, they will look all the ways to escape from paying the employee and make us sign in the clearance letter threatening with legal case. Now the worst thing happening right now is, there is no salaries for any of the employees for the last 4-5 months..they will keep pending the salaries for 3 months and they will release 1 months salary ..again when it becomes 3 months salary pending they will again release one month salary.How people can survive like this.all of us are working here with so much liabilities. and the employees are undergoing humiliation and insult infront of landlord,bank and grocery shop etc. the reason they are saying is they are building a 500 bed hospital with all luxurious facilities. SO WHAT???? why employee has to suffer for their brand growth????? if they dont have money dont do this.They built new 3 hospitals at same time, they are buying new pharmacies,opening new clinics rapidly.just to show off their brand.and we the employees are going through stress and strain.we are having nightmares.we are urged to send the family back to our country.we are losing trust among others because we cant pay anything on time. surprisingly, all the business units of thumbay has good business.I can see the revenue of my facility everyday.they are taking the all money for the new hospital project. Even we ask for our salaries, there us no response from HR,finance or management. WHY WE NEED TO SUFFER FOR THEIR BRAND GROWTH???? If we give resignation, they will ask for 3 months salary.WHAT THE HELL IS THIS???? THUMBAY MANAGEMENT HAS NO SHAME!!!!! SHAMELESS PEOPLE

- No proper Health Insurance - No salary or performance appraisal - No sick leave - Salary is always delayed - Basic salary is just 10% of in hand salary. - Annual leave salary = Basic Salary (Smart management..hehehe...sucking everything from the employees) - People who work in HR think they are GODS - The company can fire you whenever they want but YOU CAN'T LEAVE WITHOUT COMPLETING YOUR CONTRACT (or else they will threaten you with labor ban, 3 months salary, 3 months notice period) basically you are their prisoner.
